Re: M15 into AWD
I've been looking into this and the simple fact is the M15 bellhousing is different to the AWD gearbox. thus the bellhousing needs modifying to change the bolt pattern. Either an adapter plate or a cut and shut or a series of inserts welded in.

6.6 to 1 is way to low. You should be no lower than 8.5 to 1... Coatings will not effect the strength. So basically they are useless in this aspect. You realize a T28 is very small. I do not know the power range you are looking for. A bone stock GT/GTi with a T3 super 60 turbo will make 200 hp all ...

Hi Atchi Yes I am, every journey comes to an end, it was quite sad watching the new owner drive off down the road towing the Zuk but at the same time I'm happy that it will be racing again soon. Re: suzuki swift cultus convertible build
Need to be careful with turbo brackets. Due to the heat the manifolds expand and contract and if there is nowhere to go they will crack and distort. The turbo hanger I use on the Cosworth has a sliding friction clamp that holds weight but allows the change in dimension.

Have the escort for that and still to build the garage at our new house.
Build the turbo engine and replace the less then 1000km old Walbro pump with a new one cause this one is toast.
Probably a new coat of paint as the matte is worse for were.

Cars are near identical in terms of chassis dimensions, all parts are interchangeable unless yours is a 1 litre. GTi has upgraded parts and only welded on parts that are different are the rear Sway Bar brackets. The rest is bolt on or wire in stuff. I have everything you need to convert cino rear to...

You won't get much flex in dynapro's with a car this size and weight, with dynalites you might get some. AP's would be great though, it's just the price. The willwoods were a great upgrade over the decent pads I had in GTi calipers on the AWD. With 102hp at all 4 wheels I never experienced fade at the track during full 15 minute sessions. I did willwoods conversion for the equivalent of a new Suzuki caliper.
I use rover 800 disks (285mm) willwoods caliper and had the brackets machined to my design out if 15 pounds worth of good grade aluminium, from rallydesign.uk. almost most expensive parts were the braided lines parts.

Battery and starter motor? Is it slow to crank. Perhaps not reaching the minimum rpm for ecu to recognise it turning, and not ordering action.

Generally the drive lines for the Cultus spec cars are used (when they can be found) as major upgrades for people running decent power turbo engines.
