CANT GET POWER TO MY HEADUNIT.!

blew my accesorie fuse while wiring up my headunit then i replaced the fuse correctly rewired the head unit wired up my amp speakers and sub and the turn my car on still now power on my head unit..WHAT COULD IT BE?

did you check the voltages at the back of the head unit, make sure that its getting power?

oh, and check the fuses relating to your rear lights. that one can blow and take out the constant to your stereo.

The 10amp mini blade fuse in the back of the head unit ok? Should be in behind the loom plug on the back of the head unit

yeh ive checked the mini blade fuse its fine pauly..but my multimeter has gone missing so im gna have to wait for the weekend to get another one and check for power ..thanks guys..is there any other possibilities?

my 1.5mm power had slit itself open because one of the cable ties that was holding it stable in the engine bay was a tad tooo tight lol

have you cut the wires, cause you could have porbably got a wire harness for 15 bucks, what kind of car do you have and what is the model number of the HU.
