I Have a little miss in my IS at idle ,not all the time mostly when you come back down from highway speed.Wondering if the o2 sensor might of finally had it.Plugs n leads changed only 20,000ks ago(IRIDUM plugs, topgun leads)Just started this miss last week or so.Have run two tanks of fuel from two diffrent garages I doult its fuel issues.Cars done 110,000ks.Outside of that every thing else is fine.Ideas?
Try to clean your throttle body and reset your ECU.
This help in my case.

Its been a few months and this miss has returned after going away.Noticed that its drops the rev (600 rpm) when coming back to idle then goes back to normal idle (800 rpm) . But is not doing it every time. Any ideas

strange enough my 05 does the same thing i just changed plugs and clean the TB also i noticed the engine shudders alot when i send up the windows at idle ne ideas (jus changed as in 2 weeks ago)
swift by name and nature
Better clean up the throttle body and check the air filter.
Most of the time, thats the culprit.

Hmm.. Mine's also being strange. Every know and then it appears to drop to 3 cylinders, usually after slowing down for a school zone or a red light. It only does it for a few seconds or so if rolling, and just stalls if idle. Once it came back with a loud 'pop' through the exhaust, which I guess indicated that the cylinder was likely filling with fuel (spark problem, not injetcors?).
Battery is only a few months old. Changed the plugs (figured after 99,000km they'd be done), but no luck. It was running poorly for a week after I degreased the engine bay, but it's been fine for a month or two since then, and this feels a little different.
I'll do the obvious stuff and check the electrical connections first. I might end up waiting until it fails properly so I can diagnose it.
