Hi guys,

Does any know the details for an after market 02 sensor? The check engine light lit up the other day and Suzuki has checked the car and found the oxygen sensor is faulty. Supply and fitting would be $525.10

If anyone can help source an after market or know the part number from the original manufacturer it would be appreciated.

Thanks James

hey there is a bosch one that will fit in its about $80 (i think) you just need to cut the plug off the old sensor and fit to new bosch one, the instructions come with it including the colour matching of wire's. it takes about an hour to do may have to remove exaust bracket to get a spanner in there to undo it.
i have fitted it to mine about 6mths ago, when im at work tomorrow il find the part number for you and post it up.

Did you ever end up getting this part number?

Interested to know what the result was.

Also, what brand/type of fuel do you use in your Sport? wondering if it's related to the failed sensor.

No part number as yet. Getting it done at Suzuki on Friday so they should give me the part number then.

I always use 98 octane fuel usually Shell Optimax and occasionally BP or Caltex 98 fuels. Only twice have I used less rated fuel and that was when we had shortages of 98 fuels.
