Hi all, I am now the proud owner of a black Ignis Sport :)

I have found that the clutch engagement point is very high/late, which I don't like. Thankfully, these cars have a cable operated clutch, meaning we can adjust it :)

There is a threaded rod with a nut on the end of it that sits below the start of the air intake, and using a 14mm socket bit (or similar) you can turn it by hand (there isn't room to put the socket handle on, as it will hit the radiator). Just remember to loosen the nut to make the engagement point lower/earlier. I apologise for the lack of photos, I'm currently on holidays and 2000km from home!

Very easy and makes a big difference :)

I did that to mine the day I got it back in '04. Gotta love how simple they are.

Hi, just bought an ignis sport and looking to do this as well.
Can anyone give a little more detail on this?

EDIT - Did this.... and although it was more than a few turns I finally have a normal feeling clutch ( for the most part ) .
Definitely love the simplicity .
